Your plan
SwarmSystem · Website Rebuild Proposal

Ten years. Eight hundred reviews. And a website you were handed, not built.

Prepared for Troy at TC Brew Bus. Traverse City, MI.

IN SHORT
Overview · What this is

Here is the whole plan. The rest of this page is the proof.

A plan for one thing: rebuilding tcbrewbus.com so it books more tours, and what that costs.

$8,000
The whole site, one price
$4,000
Half now, a quarter when you have signed off on the design, a quarter when it is live.
6 weeks
From kickoff to live

What you asked for

  • Stop running a ten year old business on a website the booking company gave away for free.
  • Put the Xola booking inside the site, so people book without leaving.
  • Keep everything that is on the site today and make it better, not bigger.
  • Find out what the SEO money has been buying, because you do not know.
  • Start with TC Brew Bus, and use it to decide about the other two.

What we recommend

Rebuild the site you already have. Every page you keep gets rewritten and rebuilt on the same address, so nothing moves and nothing Google already trusts is lost. Your two homepages become one and your two review pages become one, which takes twenty four addresses down to twelve. We are not adding tour pages in this build. Booking goes inside the site through Xola, opening on your page instead of throwing the guest into a separate window, and we confirm their API against your own account in week one before anything is drawn or invoiced. The eleven pages your SEO company published come off and every one of their addresses forwards. The only two new things are a blog hub and an article shape, both built empty. Meet the Fleet, Weddings and Bachelorette Groups, Private Tours, Brewery Tours and Wine Tours come after the site is live, with the rest of the content plan.

Everything under this is the working. What you said, what we found, every page and what happens to it, and the money line by line.

CHECKED
Step 1 · Checking your pages

We opened every page you have. All twenty four of them.

Pages on your site today

Every one of them read, not sampled.
Kept and carried over
13
Their addresses come with them, so nothing Google already trusts is lost.

FIXABLE
Step 2 · What's holding it back

Nine things we found. You can click every one.

What we foundSee it
You have two homepages, and Google has to pick one
Your front door and a page at /homepage/ are both live, both indexable, and both carry the same headline. When two pages say the same thing, the credit gets split instead of going to one.
/homepage/
Eleven pages sit in a folder nothing on your site links to
They are all under /lp/. We opened your home, tours, events, FAQ, about and contact pages and counted the links pointing at that folder. Zero. A page nothing links to is a page search engines treat as an afterthought.
/lp/
The page listing them is titled Legendary Search Engine Optimization Pages Archive
That is your SEO vendor's own label, published on your website where anybody can read it, including Google. The page also points search engines at an address with a question mark in it, which is not a real page on your site.
/lp/
All eleven went up on the same day and nothing has been added since
June 24, 2025. Every one of them. That is over a year of a monthly SEO bill with nothing new published behind it.
/seopages-sitemap.xml
Your About page has a different company's name on it
The big heading on that page reads TC CART TOURS. The page was last touched on April 1, 2022, it has no description for search results, and it is not in your menu.
/about-us/
Your FAQ is 847 words of real answers that AI cannot read
There is a way to mark up questions and answers so Google, ChatGPT and Siri can lift them straight into a reply. Your page does not have it. To a person the page is good. To an assistant it is a wall of text.
/faq/
Eight hundred reviews, and not one of them is on your site where Google can quote it
There is no review markup, no tour markup and no price markup anywhere on your site. So when an assistant decides who to name for a Traverse City wine tour, it has your competitors' details to read and almost nothing of yours.
/happy-customers/
Your Google Ads landing page is in the search index, titled Our Google Ads Landing Page
It also carries word for word the same search description as your tours page, so the two of them compete with each other for the same searches.
/ga-reservations-landing-page/
Your website sends people to your booking company, twice
Every booking button opens a second window on checkout.xola.com, so the guest leaves your site to buy. And there is a link in your footer to xola.com tagged as a sales campaign, so your visitors feed their sales page. That is the real price of a free website.
/

Every one of these is on your site right now. The links open it.

IN SCOPE
Step 3 · Built around your goals

What you said on the phone, turned into a plan.

What you saidWhat we are doing about it
"I'm getting a free website. It's probably not the best website."The free part is real and so is the cost. Your site runs on a theme your booking company hands out, and there is a link in your footer pointing back at their sales page, tagged as one of their sales campaigns. You are paying for it in traffic. The new site is yours: your hosting, your domain, your pages, your words. Nothing on it works for anybody but you.
"I don't even know what they're doing"We can tell you part of it. They published eleven pages on June 24, 2025, all on the same day, into a folder at /lp/ that nothing on your site links to. Nothing new has gone up since. That is in your own sitemap and it is listed page by page further down, so you can check every line.
"And I can get the API from them to in insert into a really bad ass website that can really do well for me."That is the right call and it is in this plan. Xola has a public API and a set of embeds. We read the documentation, wire booking into the pages themselves, and send you the docs so you can use them however you want. Today every booking button opens a second window on checkout.xola.com. After this, a guest picks a tour and books on your page.
"It's a lot, of bachelor and bachelorette, type of things in wedding shuttles."You have no page for any of it. Not one. Somebody planning a bachelorette weekend in Traverse City is searching for exactly that, and your site gives them a tours page and a fleet list. That page is coming, and it is the first one we write after the site is live rather than during the build, because you said you did not want the plate any fuller than it has to be. The build gets the shape ready for it.
"I think what I currently have and elevate, it's got everything on there."That is exactly how it is priced. Nothing is thrown away and nothing new is added. Every page in the list below is kept, merged or rewritten on the address it already has, and the Instagram feed and the reviews you asked about stay. The only things coming off are the eleven SEO pages, and we say why below.
"I would say it's it's probably about 60 or 70%, of tourists."Then every page has to answer a stranger's questions, not a local's. Somebody in another state planning a trip does not know what a join in tour is, what a stop looks like, or whether you get picked up at your hotel. That is a rewrite of the pages you have, which is what this build is, not a pile of new ones.

Your words, not ours. We wrote them down as you said them.

ESTIMATED
Step 4 · The cost of leaving it

Nobody has touched your site in over a year. Here is how we know.

15
Months since anything new was published on your site
June 24, 2025 to today. Your own sitemap records the date.
11
Pages nothing in your menu links to
Every page in the /lp/ folder. Counted September 17, 2026.
4
Years since your About page was last updated
Last changed April 1, 2022. It still carries another company's name.
800+
Reviews doing the selling with no help from the website
Your number, on our call. None of them appear on your site in a form Google or an AI assistant can quote.

These are estimates and they are labelled as estimates. We will not put a number in front of you that we cannot show the working for.

ONE PRICE
Step 5 · The short version

One price. The whole site. And you own it.

$8,000
The whole site, one price
15 pages, written and built, on your own domain
$4,000
To start

How it is paid

PaymentAmountWhen

At launch$2,000The day the site goes live

2 rounds of changes are included, and anything past that is $150 an hour, quoted before we touch it.

What happens when you say yes

  1. Pay the deposit on this page. That accepts the plan and the price, and it starts the clock
  2. We send you an onboarding call invite the same day, and we ask for a Xola API key. One hour, where we take access and collect your real photos
  3. End of week one you get a working test booking and a straight answer on the API. Only then does design start, and only then does the next invoice go out

Pay the deposit, $4,000, and we start

Card or bank transfer, through Stripe. Paying accepts the plan and the price on this page. A countersigned copy is available if you want one.

Your card is kept on file for the payments that follow, each charged on the schedule above, and for anything you agree to after that. Nothing else is ever charged without you saying so first, and you can take the card off at any time.

This price holds until September 25, 2026.

Step 6b · Where the money goes

What the price covers. All of it, one number.

This is a package at one price, not a menu. Everything on this list is in it and none of it is billed on its own. The one line marked not in this build is the exception, and it is not part of this price.

Every page you have today, rebuilt
All eleven addresses you keep, designed and built on your real pages. Two homepages become one and two review pages become one
Your booking, wired in through Xola

Meet the Fleet, Weddings and Bachelorette Groups, Private Tours, Brewery Tours and Wine Tours. These come after the site is live, with articles and the rest of the content plan, and they are quoted then

Everything we build is on this page. There is no line called miscellaneous, and nothing here carries its own invoice.

INCLUDED
Step 6c · What comes with the partnership

You keep everything Google already trusts.

The design is built on your real pages, not a template preview, before a word of the rest is written. 2 rounds of changes on it are included.

You own the site, the pages, the words and the photos. It sits on your hosting with your domain in your name, and that is true from day one, not after some waiting period. The Xola API key stays yours and the write up of how the booking is wired comes to you, so the integration is never a thing only we understand.

We build with AI. That is why this costs what it costs and moves as fast as it does. The same tools stay with you afterward, so adding a tour or changing a price is something your office can do without paying anybody.

PLANNED
Step 7 · The move, without the horror story

The move, with nobody landing on a dead page.

Your current site stays up the whole time. The new one is built beside it and we only point your domain at it once you have seen it and said go.

11 pages come off the site. Their addresses do not go dark. Each one forwards to the page that replaces it, so anybody who saved a link, and Google, still land somewhere real.

TodayWhere it lands

ANSWERED
You asked

And Xola has an API, like I said. So because everything has to be has to be booked through through them, but I know that would just, like, embed in the website. Right?

Yes. We read their documentation before writing this, not after. Here is what they give us, and what each piece does for you.

Xola has three parts. The first is the booking widget. It already loads on your site today. A button made with it can be tagged with one tour, so the right booking sits on the right page. Not one generic window everywhere.

The second is their API. It needs a key from your account. We checked: with no key it answers nothing. With your key we can read your tours, your open dates, your prices and your past orders.

The third is their webhooks. Those tell us the moment a booking is made, changed or canceled. That is how a booking gets tied back to the page that sold it.

Now the part that makes you money. Today your tours, dates and prices live inside a popup. Google cannot read a popup. Neither can ChatGPT, Siri or Gemini. So when somebody asks an assistant for a Traverse City wine tour, there is nothing of yours to read. We pull your tours out of Xola and print them on the page as real words. That is what fixes it, and it is the same work as making the site ready for AI.

Here is the honest limit, up front. The checkout window is theirs, not ours. We can open it on top of your page instead of throwing the guest out to a second window. We can put the right tour in it. But the card is still typed on Xola's screen. Xola runs your payments. That part is not ours to change, and we will not pretend otherwise.

One more, because you should hear it now. Xola only allows webhooks through what they call a custom app, and they review it first. If that review drags, or they say no, we tie your bookings to your pages another way. You still get the numbers. It just changes the wiring.

Two things are wrong on your site today. Both are settings, not limits. Every booking link you have carries an instruction that sends the guest off your site to book. And the whole site runs on two booking buttons and two gift card buttons, stamped 2021. A guest on your join in tours page gets the same window as a guest on your fleet page.

None of this gets built on a promise. We test it against your real account in week one.

  1. Week one, before anything is drawn: you give us an API key from your Xola account. We read your tours, your open dates and your prices, and confirm every piece we need is there.
  2. We print one of your real tours on a test page as plain words, with its real schedule and price. That is what Google and the AI assistants will finally be able to read.
  3. On that same page we put the booking, aimed at that one tour, opening on the page instead of in a second window.
  4. We apply for the custom app that lets us receive your bookings. That is what ties a booking to the page that sold it. If Xola drags or says no, we tell you and wire the tracking another way.
  5. You get that test page to click. You also get a short write up in plain English, and the Xola documentation itself, so this is never a thing only we understand.
  6. If any of it cannot do what this page says, you hear it in week one. We change the plan with your say so, or you get the deposit back. We are not invoicing you against something we have not tested.
  7. Only then does design start. Every page that sells a tour gets that tour's own booking and its own real schedule.

Your question on our call.

ANSWERED
You asked

I have, I think, three three businesses that that could could potentially work for really just bringing them to the next level.

One first. This one. You told me they all chase the same tourists, so whatever we learn here about what those people search for carries straight over to Kayak Bike and Brew and TC Cycle Pub.

Build one, watch it for ninety days, then decide with real numbers instead of a guess. Nothing in this plan assumes the other two, and nothing in it gets harder to repeat because we kept it tight.

Your words on our call.

DECLINED
What we are not doing

We are not carrying your eleven SEO pages onto the new site.

They sit at /lp/, nothing in your menu links to them, they all went up on the same day in June 2025, and the page that lists them is titled with your SEO vendor's own label. Moving them across means paying us to carry work that is not doing anything for you. Our recommendation is to leave them behind. All eleven addresses forward to the page that replaces them, so nobody lands on a dead page and nothing you have earned goes dark. Then we build the blog hub and the article shape, empty and ready, and after launch real articles start going in. They are listed one by one below with where each address lands, so you can open any of them and decide for yourself.

SCHEDULED
Step 8 · Timeline and terms

Four to six weeks. You approve every step.

WhenWhat happensYou
Week 1Kickoff call, then the Xola check. We take an API key, pull your tours and prices, and stand the booking up on a test page before a single screen is drawnOne hour on the phone, and the API key
End of week 1You get the test page and a plain English write up of what the Xola API can and cannot do. If it cannot do what this plan says, you hear it hereYou click it, and you say go or stop
Week 2The design, built on your real pages and not a template previewYou look at it and sign off, or tell us what to change
Weeks 3 to 4Every page you keep, written and rebuilt on the address it already hasYou read the words once
Week 5Booking wired into the pages, analytics and call tracking rebuilt, your tours and answers and reviews marked up so the AI assistants can read themYou test a real booking
Weeks 5 to 6All twenty four old addresses forwarded and checked one by one, then live on your own accountYou say go
NOT YET
Step 8b · After it is live

After it is live. Nothing here is part of today.

You are approving a website today and nothing else. There is no monthly on this page and nothing here is being billed now or later. Once it is live there is ongoing work that keeps it moving: new pages, your Google listing worked every month, and real articles going into the blog hub we built empty. That is a separate conversation, and we have it after you have seen the site rather than before. If you never want any of it, the site is still yours and it still works.

Done for you

You do not log in, you do not write anything, and you do not post anything. That is what done for you means here.

You will see exactly what it is producing

Every call, form fill and booking gets tracked back to the page that produced it. You do not have to take our word for what is working, and neither do we.

  • Analytics rebuilt from scratch, because what is on the site today was set up once and never read
  • Call tracking on the number on your site. Recorded, and attributed to the page the call came from
  • A live dashboard you open whenever you want, not a PDF once a month
  • Which pages are producing bookings, in real time
  • Your booking data tied in, so once a job is marked won the dashboard shows revenue by channel, down to the dollar

That last one needs two things from you: a Xola API key, and somebody marking jobs won or lost. We set it up and we show your team how. Without that we can show you calls and bookings but not dollars, and we would rather say so now than show you a number nobody stands behind.

Hosting is $49 a month, and it sits on your own account and your domain stays in your name where it belongs.

Month to month, and you can stop any time. 14 days notice and it ends. No year to sign and no penalty for leaving. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to it.

YOURS
Step 9 · How we work

You own all of it. Leaving is easy.

Leave any time, fourteen days notice. We hand you the full site files and a one page moving guide, and your domain never leaves your account. Nothing goes dark because you stopped paying us.

How you judge us at day 90. Every one of these is inside our control, which is why we are willing to be held to them.
  • Every page on the list below is published and you can open it on the address it had before
  • All twenty four of your old addresses forward to the page that replaced them, so nothing you have earned is lost
  • A guest picks a tour and books it without your website handing them off to a separate window
  • Your tours, prices, answers and reviews are marked up so Google and the AI assistants can read them
  • Calls, form fills and bookings are tracked, so you can see which page produced them

We will not promise you a number of calls by a date. On a site this new that is a guess, and you have probably been sold one before.

READY
The part we want you to notice

One website. One price. Then we go build it.

Nothing happens and nothing is owed. The nine findings above are yours to keep, and you can hand them to anybody, including the company you are paying now.
